Born on 11th November 1969 in Piotrków Trybunalski.
Graduated from the Pedagogical Faculty of the Higher Pedagogical School in Częstochowa in 1993; completed post-graduate studies at the Socio-Economic Faculty of the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) in 2003. Completed auditor’s application at the Supreme Audit Office in 2009.
2001−2003 – a deputy director of the Rural Advisory Centre in Częstochowa.
2004−2006 – the head of the marketing department of Częstochowa Sport and Recreation Centre.
2008−2015 – the head state audit specialist at the Supreme Audit Office delegacy in Katowice and scientific researcher at the Institute of Political Sciences of Jan Długosz University in Częstochowa.
Held a number of posts in public administration: spokesperson for the governor of Częstochowa (1997−1998), political assistant in the Chancellery of the Prime Minister (1999–2000), advisor to the governor of Silesia (2000−2001). 1999−2006 – a member of Częstochowa City Council; 2010−2014 – a deputy to Silesian Provincial Parliament.
2006−2007 − the first deputy governor of Silesian Province.
Member of the Law and Justice political party.
Married, has one daughter.
