Born on 6th December 1959 in Mysłowice.
Graduated from the Faculty of Metallurgy of the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice, majoring in engineering, in 1985. Completed post-graduate studies at the Faculty of Management of the AGH University of Science and Technology in Cracow, majoring in real estate management (2007) and real estate brokerage (2009). Licensed property manager.
1982−1985 − worked in the National Trade Centre of Non-ferruginous Metals in Katowice. 1986−2005 – the health and safety manager and then the head of the Quality Assurance Department in Cedler Steel Mill in Sosnowiec. 2006−2009 – the chairman of the Management Board of the Housing Cooperative in Sosnowiec. 2010−2014 − ran his own technical advisory, computer-aided design and property management business.
2014−2015 – a member of Sosnowiec Town Council, served as the chairman.
Member of the Supervisory Board of Cedler-Mittal Steel Mill in Sosnowiec (2001–2005), Renovation Company of “Przyjaźń” Coking Plant in Dąbrowa Górnicza (2005–2007), Przedsiębiorstwo Komunikacji Miejskiej (a public transport company)
in Jaworzno (2015).
Member of the Law and Justice political party and of its District Management Board.
