Received a B.S. degree from the Faculty of Political Sciences of the Higher School of Democracy in Grudziądz in 2014.
1976−1982 – an energy specialist at PSS “Społem” (a common consumer cooperative) in Grudziądz. 1982−1990 – the manager of a commercial pavilion of Rzemieślniczy Dom Towarowy (a handicraft department store) in Gdańsk. 1989–2015 −  ran his own retail business in Grudziądz. 2014 − the sales and warehouse manager of Masmal Dairy creamery in Grudziądz.
2014–2015 – a member of Grudziądz Town Council.
Member of the Law and Justice political party. District Committee secretary of the party in Grudziądz.
Married, has two children.
