Born on 12th October 1974 in Dąbrowa Górnicza.
Graduated from the Faculty of Management of the Institute of Economics in Katowice in 2004. Completed post-graduate studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia in Katowice in 2006.
1992–2005 – an electrician and an automation specialist at Fabryka Przewodów Energetycznych (an electric wires factory) in Będzin and a merchant at Zakłady Tworzyw Sztucznych TOMJAN (a plastic factory) in Będzin. 2006–2011 − worked in the Agency for Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture in Będzin and Nakło Śląskie as, among other things, an inspector and later on as the head of the district office. 2011−2015 − worked in Spółdzielcza Kasa Oszczędnościowo-  Kredytowa “Jowisz” (a cooperative savings and credit union) in Czeladź as, among other things, the director  and division deputy director. Began working in District Road Administration in Będzin with registered office in Rogoźnik as the manager of Proceeding Service Department in 2015.
2006–2010 – a member of Będzin District Council; 2014–2015 – a deputy to the Silesian Provincial Parliament.
Member of the Law and Justice political party, treasurer of district board of the party.
