Born on 25th March 1964 in Gniezno.
Graduated from the Faculty of History of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań in 1991. Completed the following post-graduate studies: education organisation and management (2003) and management and marketing (2009) at the Higher  School “Milenium” in Gniezno.
1991–2014 – a teacher in the Economic and Garment School Complex in Gniezno.
Became a full-time member of the Management Board of the Gniezno District in 2014.
2002–2006 – the chairman of Gniezno Town Council. 2006−2015 – a member of Gniezno District Council.
Member of the Wielkopolska Uprising Remembrance Association, “Gniezno XXI” Association and “Garnizon Gniezno” (a historical re-enactment group).
Has no political party affiliation.
Married, has two children.
