Born on 22nd August 1964 in Prudnik.
Graduated in ethnology from the Faculty of History at the University of Warsaw in 1997 and completed a postgraduate course at the Centre for Studies in Local Government and Development at the same university in 2008.
Between 1997 and 2001 worked as an ethnographer at Węgrów Cultural Centre. Was the director of Cultural Centre in Sokołów Podlaski in 2001–2006 and 2008–2014.
2006 – a member of Węgrów City Council, and between 2010 and 2014 – a deputy to the Mazowieckie Provincial Parliament. Deputy mayor of Węgrów in 2007–2008.
She is a deputy president of Węgrów Monastery Association – Centre for Cultural Dialog and member, among others, of the Local Touristic Organization “Wielki Gościniec Litewski” and the Podlaskie Cultural Heritage Association in Drohiczyn.
Member of the Culture and Media Committee and the Local Government and State Administration Committee in the Eighth Term Senate.
Member of the Law and Justice political party.
Married, has three children.
