Born on 12th October 1964 in Kielce.
Graduated from the Civil Engineering Faculty of the Kielce University of Technology.
Between 1991 and 2007 worked as a manager of the Welfare Support House in Kielce.
Between 2007 and 2011 he held the position of director of the Świętokrzyskie branch of the State Fund for Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons in Kielce.
Between 1998 and 2010 was a member of the Kielce City Council, where he served as a vice-chairman (2002–2006) and the chairman (2006–2010). Between 2010 and 2011 he was a deputy to the Świętokrzyskie Provincial Parliament.
He serves as the president of the Świętokrzyskie Association “Niepełnosprawni Plus” and a member of the Convent of Disabled Persons and Patients of the Świętkorzyskie Province.
Deputy chairman of the Rules, Ethics and Senatorial Affairs Committee and a member of the Local Government and Public Administration Committee in the Eighth Term Senate.
He is a member of the Law and Justice political party, and holds a seat in its political council, as well as in the Świętokrzyskie district board of the party.
Married, has four children.
